Education. Community. Connection.
eCommerce class through Ivy Tech at the TEC Center was a huge success. Grant Dean, Ivy Tech Instructor says,
"The Introduction to eCommerce class I taught this summer was a great launch for Vevay to bring both education and business development to the area, with a focus on eCommerce and web based business. With the massive growth in online sales, and the place where consumers first look for business or product research, it's becoming more and more important for local businesses and individuals to use the many online tools available to both promote and sell their product or service. My recent Intro to eCommerce course was the first step in bringing a resource for people to start learning about how they build websites, promote their service, or reach consumers who are looking for them. My hope is that we can continue to build on this by offering more and more classes and workshops to area students and businesses who are looking to grow.
